COVID-19: Assisting our valued partners

Our Victor Canada (formerly ENCON) offices are open for business as usual. In light of the COVID-19 situation, we have implemented measures to keep our colleagues and their families safe while allowing us to operate with minimal disruption. As per the recommendations of our local health and government authorities, we have advised our Victor colleagues to adopt remote working where possible and other social distancing mechanisms, which reduce the density of people in the office, on the street and in public transportation. We are conducting virtual meetings as opposed to in-person meetings at our offices to help mitigate any health risks.

Non-essential meetings, training sessions and events have been cancelled or postponed. We will be rescheduling our Plan Administrator webinar, scheduled to take place on Thursday March 26th, to a later date.

Although we do not expect service disruptions, we extend our apology for any delay in communication and service delivery that you may experience due to this event. We appreciate your patience as we continue to work together to respond to the COVID-19 situation in our communities and around the world.
